LEARN TO SKI WITH FRIENDS FROM the KCC PTO! 

WHEN: Monday, March 6th (early release day) @ 3-4:15 PM

Where: Blue Hills Ski, Canton. 

This is approx. a one-hour drive from Mashpee, and transportation is not provided.

The group rate for 20+ people for a one-day program is:
$35 for the lesson
$35 for a snow pass
$35 for rental, including helmet

The group rate includes parents and kids as long as they purchase at least one of the above items.

KCC PTO GAME NIGHT!

"Patient Files" in Ms. McMorrow's Class Today’s activity was a fun, hands-on way to reinforce the concept of how contractions work. The students had “Patient Files” where they “surgically” removed the letters they didn’t need and then put the  contraction together using an apostrophe band aid. Here are a few photos that show how it worked. The kids absolutely loved it and definitely gained a better understanding of contractions.

Mass Audubon Owl Presentation

Kindergarten and first grade students listened to what makes an owl an owl by a Mass Audubon Naturalist Instructor. Students rotated through centers at the tables looking at owl artifacts, such as talons, skulls, wings, and owl pellets! Thank you to the KCC PTO for funding this fantastic learning opportunities.
