KCC Kickball
The KCC community came out in full force last Friday! We had teachers, staff, our SRO and parents all played for KCC. Thank you to the KCC PTO for putting on this fun community event! Families had free ice cream from Polar Cave and free popcorn from Smith Family Popcorn! Though we might had lost the game, KCC school spirit, pride and participation are second to none.

Flag Day Celebration
Ms. Crehan brought a group of 2nd graders to the Mashpee Senior Center to sing patriotic songs and raise our flag.

KCC Marathoners!

Students who participated in the Marathon program have been offered a very exciting opportunity to take part in the Run Into Summer Race on June 25th in Osterville. The Cape Cod Challenger Club has graciously given each student a bib to participate in the race for free. Directions on how to register for the race are on the bib. You can find specific information about the race and the mission of the Cape Cod Challenger Club at capecodchallenger.org. I hope to see many of you there. Your child may even win a blueberry pie from Centerville Pie!

What a great way to kick off summer!

Yours in Fitness and Fun,

- Mrs. Daly

ST MATH CELEBRATION!
Sixty students finished the ST Math program allowing JiJi to safely run across the screen or blast off in his spaceship! On Thursday, students received a certificate, JiJi stuffy, popsicles and an interactive outside math game! Thank you Ms. Souza for all of your hard work and dedication implementing this school wide math program!

A Message from Ms. Smith!
Our Library card drive was a huge success! Over 70 students from Kenneth Coombs School returned the registration form to get a card! It was exciting to hear that many of our students already had a Library card!
Here's even better news! The cards are ready for you to pick up! Stop by the Mashpee Public Library to pick out some books, sign up for summer reading, and break in your new card! If you don't know your way around, take a tour! This video was shown to students during Library classes last week! Mashpee Public Library Tour
Happy Reading!

They will be released into the marshes of Sandy Neck on Monday June 20th at 2:30pm. Any KCC students are invited to join us for the release. Meet near the gate house.

We are GRATEFUL for our Mashpee Students!
