FALCON DANCE OFF!
Families – we have reached a record total to date for our 2023 Falcons Dance Off fundraising of $31,233.66.
We could not have reached, surpassed, or BLOWN PAST OUR GOAL if it were not for the amazing, collective support of families, students, teachers, and staff. TRULY, A KCC COMMUNITY EFFORT!!!
A few additional highlights from our 10-day fundraising efforts include – 76% of our donations stemmed from non-parents; WoW!
58% of our students registered and almost ALL secured donations; YEAH!
We reached 38 U.S. states and territories, and 5 countries - Brazil, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, US. IN CELEBRATION of their stellar efforts, two students with the highest donations from each classroom have earned the FUN right to throw a pie in Dr. Goulart and Mr. Prehna’s face, on May 24th. Thank YOU and (sorry) in advance to our gracious pie recipients 😊 (There will be photo evidence!) We look forward to an exciting 2023-2024 school year; and bringing even more amazing enrichment programs to our KCC community.
Thank you all for your support!

The Falcon 5
Isabelle and Jasmine are second graders at KCC who follow the Falcon 5 in and out of school. Last weekend, the girls were riding their bikes and stumbled upon a woman's wallet. They brought it directly to their father and he made a Facebook post seeking assistance in returning the wallet. Their good deed helped a neighbor and we are so proud of them!

The Art Bus visits KCC!
The Art Bus is came to KCC this week! Students PreK-2nd grade visited the bus during art class the entire week. This old school bus was converted into a portable maker space for children of all ages to create in. Artists learned about patterns in nature then made a mandala out of natural materials. Thank you to the Cotuit Center for the Arts for making this happen!
